ABOUT US

The Time Travellers website provides a multimedia resource about the cultural traditions of this marginalised minority ethnic group. Young Gypsy/Travellers from across Scotland have been actively engaged in the management, research and implementation of this much needed project, identifying important issues, as well as the format and contents of all the web pages.

The purpose of the website is to promote understanding and awareness of the Gypsy/Traveller culture and to challenge discrimination and wide-ranging exclusion they face on a daily basis.
